“How can I access Lynx Live?"

You can login using your Dubai Lynx account. If you do not have an account you can register for free.

“Why isn’t the live stream loading for the content session that I’m trying to watch?”

You can view Lynx Live from anywhere, on any device. Make sure that you’re using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox to tune in and try viewing the web page or live stream on a different device if you’re still having trouble.

If this doesn’t work, check your internet and ensure that your connection is more than 5mbps here: Or, you can try using a different connection, like your mobile phone.

“I’m still waiting for the session to start streaming, but it’s now after the session start time”

Don’t worry, the session should begin soon. Sit tight and simply refresh your browser after a couple of minutes. Alternatively, you may want to hard-refresh the webpage by pressing:

Windows: ctrl + F5 Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R Linux: F5

There’s a small chance that the live stream is delayed due to technical issues. The schedule will be updated to reflect any big delays so keep refreshing the schedule.

“I missed a session that I wanted to see. Where and when can I watch it?”

Live streamed Lynx Live content will become available to watch on-demand after the original broadcast of the session. You’ll be able to browse on-demand content if you scroll down the Watch Now section just below the live player.

“Can I watch Lynx Live on a bigger screen?”

You can stream Lynx Live sessions on your TV using Apple Airplay or Google Chromecast. Or, you can click the full screen control within the LIONS Live player.

“I’ve maxed out the volume, but it’s still too quiet.”

Try throwing on a pair of headphones.

How soon after something airs live will it be available on demand?

We aim to have the session available on demand within two hours but this can vary slightly.

How long will on demand content be available for?

On demand content will be available on Lynx Live for 2 weeks after broadcast.
